clean house says Sir David Murray
By: j | August 7th, 2008Per the Daily Record, a wonderful scathing commentary by chairman Sir David Murray sites that at least one-half dozen players will be moved-out before the transfer window closes at months end.
Of the names mentioned were Kris Boyd, Chris Burke, Daniel Cousin, Christian Dailly, Jean Claude Darcheville, Alan Gow, Brahim Hemdani, Andy Webster and Davie Weir. It further notes Sir David Murray is committed to keeping Carlos Cuéllar in Glasgow.
For the record, I whole-heartedly embrace Sir David Murray stance on this. Cleanse the situation and make the ground shake with leadership. Make veteran players now what it means to wear a Rangers shirt. And in the oldest tradition of the game and one that I personally used to love to orchestrate, move them out far and wide across this world and let them forever know what they lost.
