They should have scored more. I’m glad to see Barry break the duck but with the Tims 7-0 they cut our goal difference advatage from 10 to 4. This of course is why , no offense J but, you were wrong to have wanted us to have put on the breaks against Hamilton earlier in the season in the 7-1.
Bease is hurt again I believe.

Serious question from a celtic supporter. Why doesn’t Fleck play more? He has to be better than a bunch of out of position strikers

Thank you for your comments and quite honestly I cannot understand that of late. One thing to consider with him as well as the club nears some financial deadlines, providing they cannot off-load some players, it will be interesting to see if they make him available on the market. I hope not but it is something to watch.

Fantastic. The one match that actually matters, and that we have a snowball’s chance of winning, and Barry and McGregor can’t stay sober for a night before it. Lovely, boys. Let’s hope Craigie Gordon still remembers his drills after riding the bench at Sunderland. Bad way to start. Ferguson, I frankly don’t mind losing – I like James Morrison in that spot. But our keeper situation is pretty dire right now.

Barry Ferguson and Alan McGregor should be ashamed of themselves, they have betrayed Scotland, Glasgow Rangers and most importantly the fans.

Didn’t need either of them.

give them a break, ninety nine percent of us have made total ****S of ourselves at sometime or other. normally through drink.

And those ninety-nine per-cent should never have the honour of wearing the crest or being considered to do so.
They have got the punishment they deserved.

The drinking session was one of those things that happens and it was dealt with and over but I cant believe the immaturity shown by the two lads on the Scotland bench in the manner of sticking their fingers up half-afraid someone might see them.

I wonder what an adoo about all this yes we all make mistakes and the guys have been punished lets all move on, I would suggest Barry has been caught up in it all by mcgregor and for the rangers support to jump on ferguson and blame him for a bad season get a grip bears the guy has given his best to you lot at ibrox

I respect all your opinions and welcome your commentary but I’m not so lenient about rules, order and honour.
They have disrespected Scotland and the crest and should the club decide they never step on the pitch again for the Gers, that is perfectly fine with me.
This isn’t just a message to the players but the child who respect them as hero’s and I am hopeful who ever makes the final decision keeps that in-mind.

this has all went too far, they went to far with the drinking but burley shoukld never have allowed anyone to be drinking in first place coomon sense should have told him that someone was likely to over indulge. The v signs were undeniably childish and stupid but far worse has been done and gone unpunished or certainly not caused so much drama. what about all the things artur boruc has done whilst representing both his club and his country. hasnt he (along with many other players) been caught drinking too much close to games.
they have been punished its time to forget it and let them move on and learn.
ferguson may not be at his best right now but he has given so much to rangers throughout his career and supported the club a little support in return isnt a lot to ask for.Posted from

Good start, kinda slowed down and sat back too much. Thank christ for Kris Boyd!

It is quite obvious that you take a certain amount of pride in your work and I find that quite refreshing in today’s world.

You’ve always carried yourself well, which is a characteristic that some fans of Rangers don’t always possess. I wish you good luck in the future and wish you well.

This is the best thing that can happen to the SPL. Setenta is a limited market while ESPN or Sky is not paid subscription. So the SPL will be in more homes as it will get a new media contract worth more. Do you seriously think the SPL will simply not be on TV?

First blog and not many could argue the fact boydy need’s to get overhimself, True he now has kevin kyle to do his job and the man has work rate…Agree with walter comment tho, Not many could do more with what he has to work with… Btw nice title.

Rangers are going through one of their hardest times at the moment and changes are needed at Ibrox not only in ownership but probably management too. I agree Walter is the man we need to lead us through the tough times but as soon as we are through it is clear the club needs to alter direction and focus more on youth development, something Walter isn’t known for, as we simply can’t afford to spend £10million every season bringing in players, Scottish football just doesn’t have the money.

For what is usually a fortress I’m still shocked at how well all 3 opponents did at Ibrox in the competition.
